Creating the right relationship

The problem with relationships now a days is the fact that everyone rushes into everything... Whether its intimacy, or even making the relationship official. People just don't know how to meet, become friends, get to know each other slowly, date a little, then jump into the Big Bang. That's why after three months of dating things get boring. People put too much effort into new relationships, They smother each other, Practically learn everything about each other... Then there's a bunch of time but nothing to figure out any more... Nothing is no longer a mystery, The relationship is no longer intriguing... Like mothers say, leave some breathing space, give each other some time to miss one another, balance out activities, and don't show all your abilities in the beginning, let that other person yearn to know more...

Video Games...

As a result to this type of violence, the entertainment Merchants association challenged a state law resticting the sale or rental of violent games to anyone under 18. However, does the government limits on video-game distributors, violates their First amendments rights of freedom of speech? Should the government place these type of restictions on video games? if so, How?

Response: There is a different between freedom of speech and a bad influence of Young adults/Teens. I feel that the Entertainment Merchants Association should make it to where if your 18 you can buy the product. Only because Younger individuals have the ability to copycat what they see; For example Teens under 18 that play "Call of Duty" usually grown fond of weapons and the Art of war. Oposed to if the game coporation limits the access to these type's of "mature" games, they wouldnt be exposed to this influence... So I agree with the Merchant Association.

Accidently Murdered

In response to Professor Cross's Blog, I believe that the girl should be sentenced to the minimum. Only because she is a first time offender, and it wasnt an intentional crime. The fact that she was "texting" while driving was a very irresponsible action. What if there was a child crossing that intersection instead of a car? or what if there was a woman with a baby carraige crossing the street? Anyone could have been hurt because of her careless actions... Should she be punished like a three time offender? or should they give her the easy way out? I mean murder is murder, but if it is accidental does it make it ok? or should we think of this "murder" as intentional only because its against the law to text?
